In 2008 we released a various artists mixtape called 'Los Contenders'. We got some of the hottest and freshest new artists to send us their best stuff and put it in a mixtape for you all to enjoy. Once it was posted, we put up a poll where we had visitors vote for the top contender (the best artist). The winner would get an 'Artist Spotlight' and the glory of being the mixtape's top contender. Damn! Gerry Capo, DJ Dicky, & Uniko - Pitcher (Clearing Up The Situation)

Check out this video on the situation with the song 'Pitcher' by Uniko featuring Erre XI.  The first part is Gerry Capo tellin' us that he does not know about Uniko and that the song is not official.  Then we get to see the response by DJ Dicky and Uniko.  DJ Dicky used to DJ the partys for Erre XI, as well as produce for them and Erre XI even worked with him on his album 'Tiro Al Blanko'.  Dicky said that they worked on the track 'Pitcher' with Erre XI and that they knew about it.  I have to side with DJ Dicky on this one since it is his beat and Erre XI knew about it.  They then tell us that Uniko has two upcoming tracks.  One is with Polaco called 'No Se Confunden' and the other is with Dandyel 'El Que Canta y Las Enamora'.  Expect both those tracks right here on www.GotDembow.net !

Yonavik & Noss Seperate For Solo Careers

Thats right folks you guys read correctly, "Los 5 Estrellas" have decided to break apart and pursue their careers as soloists. After a heated tirarea and many achievements like collaborating with top artists like Nova & Jory, Nengo Flow, and Virus & Shorty their time as a duo seems to be at a closing point. Noss, from the information I recieved, is said to break apart musiclly from Yonavik. Hopefully they continue putting out good music and this is for the best. (We here at GD want to keep you guys updated with what's going on with the many artists we like, but since this is Underground it's much harder to keep tabs on them. We will do so to the best of our ability though)
